Turns out they weren't nickel and diming to death anymore. So when GoDaddy then officially admitted they were ditching the accounting, I was pissed because over the years I have tried other software, and they were all glitchy or didn't integrate with everything I needed, but eBay was offering a deal, and I figured since Etsy had also recently made a deal with QuickBooks, I would give them another look. Told her she could deal with GoDaddy, and it was fine. More than one platform's data needed? Extra charges, so by the time it was all said and done, my basic needs were going to cost me $150 per month because I sell on multiple platforms and had employees. At that time, I looked into it, but QuickBooks wanted extra money for fucking everything. When I started using my current accountant back in 2013 or 2014, she was really pushing me to use QuickBooks because most of her other clients were, and it was supposedly easy to just grant her access or send her what she needed. There were a few minor things when GoDaddy bought them, but they were quickly fixed. I was pissed because I had been with GoDaddy since it was Outright. I might have believed it except it conveniently started January 1, and I was hearing rumblings they were going to ditch it, and then saw somewhere else people started saying they heard from a CS rep it was going to end, but no one every REALLY got a straight answer or a date. I suspected around the first of the year something was up because all of the sudden my sales were being categorized as returns/adjustments, and GoDaddy blamed eBay's data. I also did the migration thing to QuickBooks when GoDaddy finally admitted officially they were ending it. Especially when im hearing more complaints than praise online. I couldn’t justify spending $15 a month (later $25 a month) on quickbooks when im only making like $600 a month on ebay.

My cost pro is $9.99 a month or $99 a year. And $60 a year is better than $99 a year. I might take another look at easy auction tracker at the end of the year because i think i can get further into the details with that. Im ok with that because i have way more ebay transactions than expense transactions.

I’ve only been messing with it for like a day, but i dont think it links to cc. It downloads my ebay transactions beautifully, but only for the last 3 months.

Next year i’ll have to buy that year’s edition and so on.

Also im hesitant to buy it now because its $60 for this year’s edition and the year is half over. I was a little intimidated by how excel-y it all is, when im used to godaddy.

On the plus side, it did pull my mercari transactions.Įasy auction tracker is a badass, heavy, excel spreadsheet with all the bells and whistles. It seems like a good inventory tracker, but thats not what im looking for. That might be on me that i couldnt figure it out. Also i had a hard time trying to figure it out, although the support was really good. Reseller genie, on the initial upload, did not track the amount i paid for shipping labels. I tried easy auction tracker, reseller genie and mycostpro.
